1. Record a video that shows how to drive in. 2. Use QR code for the links, it is really inconvenient to type them in browsers manually on mobile phones. 3. The key wasn't in the key pickup box. Multiple people had the same issue and we had to call a number and wait for someone to come. After day of travel, tired, that's not really something you look forward to. 4. The dashboard, seats, floor was cleaned up nicely, but there was still a trash between the seats that wasn't vacuumed.
